My hair is in pigtails. This is only really amusing if you’ve seen me in person in the last six weeks or so, as my hair is approximately four inches long, maximum, and quite a bit of it does not stay in the rubber bands. I’m looking in the mirror and giggling at myself.
I have approximately no idea of what to do over winter term, but I am emailing professors as we speak, looking for options. If all else fails, I think I will stay here, take Latin, and get paid by ResEd. Optimally, I become both inspired and motivated and travel to far away places and do amazing things. I don’t much expect that to happen.
I’m drained. I don’t know why.
By the end of German class I was nearly nodding off, and I intended to go home and take a four hour nap. Instead, I drank a Mountain Dew (the American variety---take that, you caffeine-free Canadian bastards) and went to the gym. I am not sure that that is particularly healthy. I am not sure that I care.
The couple days have found my frame of mind running approximately parallel to my senior year of high school. I really do not like that at all.
Check.
